The Imran Khan and Genelia D'Souza starrer has yielded a distributor's share of over 10 crores in the first week itself. The 12 crore film (including cost of production and pre-release promotion, minus the cost of prints, post-release publicity etc.), is expected to yield a net profit of around 30-35 crores for Aamir Khan Productions and PVR Pictures. The satellite rights of the film alone could fetch a whopping 15 crores! The debut directorial venture of well-known writer-lyricist, Abbas Tyrewala, is easily the biggest hit of the year so far (as we had said last week).
