Its raining heavily here & I thought of writing abt this song . This is such a good melodious song that has the ARR class all over it.. Its amazing how he can conceive the beats for this song (maybe from a sample) to this tune. and the singers Unnikrishnan & Chitra have done a fantastic job too. It is fantasized by the heroine when she is half-asleep, half awake..with rain droplets falling on her :) To reinforce the rain drops feeling , Rahman used the real drop sounds here & there. and its added magic. whenver I hear water drops falling, I am reminded of this song :) here are a few lines from the song by Vairamuthu. btw, the title "thenmerku paruvakaatru" means "south-west seasonal breeze". *Male: "Kaadhal endra mandhirathin Maayam Enna !
