According to Rahman answers to fan's questions in Kumudam, Weekly Tamil magazine, he is just gonna produce the album based on Thirukural and not going to do any music. He also mentioned that Singer Blaaze is going to sing in carnatic base tamil music, then it is going to be converted into english rap. The question and answer on the above link confirms that.
