Hello Rahman bhai, July 27 Your disciples in the world of Music, "The Wandering Souls" gave their 12'th performance of "Rahmania", a programme dedicated solely to your songs and your life and philosophy in Pune yesterday. The reason for writing this mail to you because I thought of reporting you a small incident during the programme. While the stage was being set up yesterday afternoon, one of the volunteers came on stage with his young relative. How young ? May be just 2 years . The young kid was given a tour of the stage and was quite thrilled with the instruments being set up and the noises they were making. In the centre of the stage, we had a backlit collage panel of your face. This child stood in front of that photo and was staring at it. The volunteer reached from behind and asked " Do you know who he is ?", the tiny tot was still gazing . "He is your Rahman kaka (chacha / uncle) " .. I saw a smile of familiarity on the child's face as his eyes lit up with amazement This was my first interaction with a young fan of yours outside my friends network. And it pleased me like anything .. Just want to know, Are you planning something, special for your young fans out there ? There have been numerous occasions in your songs where we hear young and very young voices ( Yeh Tara Swades / Kuchi Kuchi Rakhma Bombay etc ), but how about a special album through KM Music with children's poems / nursery rhymes with the special Rahman touch ?
