Karthik on ARR Hi Friends, Just happened to see an interview of Karthik in NDTV today. It was a very nice interview. Karthik was thrilled talkin abt ARR as he was our Boss's discovery. Karthik started as a member in the Harmony group of ARR and he said it was marvellous experience. it took six months for Karthik even to talk with ARR. ARR never gave a green signal until the song got perfect. He would say to song until the feel is generated.
Karthik says that the breakthrough in his life was the song "Sakthi kodu"from BABA. He recorded the song in Chennai and ARR was in London busy with Bombay Dreams. Karthik says he heard the tune through telephone and after the recording, the song was emailed to ARR. Karthik wasn't even sure that the song would be finalised with him. The rest was history.. He was also thrilled when he recorded song with Asha Bhonsle ji for the movie Saathiya. He is really proud that ARR is his mentor and says our Boss is the perfectionist..
