Dear Fan,

Rahman follows a new formula of sound production. It cannot be done by
himself alone. It has to be a team work. Same goes to harris. He
follows arr in many ways. However, inspiration and how you deviate
from the orginal tunes makes the difference. To me ARR gives more
time and energy to bigger flims. It does irritates when you hear hindi
flims like JJTYN with such fabulous songs and in another way
sakarakkati with moderate songs.I have said it earlier and would
repeat again. ARR should concentrate in tamil abit more.

Using technicians to contribute is the same as doing software
prgramming. Its a whole team effort but final mixing and approval
will come from arr.

As for your comments on Illayaraja's Mondram Pirai...man you are so
wrong.Rahman was only 11 at that time. It was more of assistance to
the legend Viji Manuel. Rahman then called Dilip was considered too
young and he joined back later after 3 years again with Illayaraja
troupe. So please do not degrade mastero illayaraja to such. In
todays world of music, there is no composer close to illayaraja. This
is proven and compositions comes to him in minutes.

I am an arr fan but facts must be clear and remember our boss learnt
the nuances from Raja sir to some extent. Today rahman can talk about
discipline and stuff he learnt from IR but the other truth is how to
compose, arrange and etc was definitely learnt as well.

Harris and etc are of the newer generation. They clone arr way of
work.Harris is talented indeed. Music in todays world is very
different from the olden age.

Lets be constructive here and with our facts.

Arr always
