Another version of Sakkarakatti's 'Taxi song' filmed IndiaGlitz [Tuesday, August 19, 2008]
Ever since A.R. Rahman's masterful compositions for the film 'Sakkarakatti' was released, all the songs have been making waves literally. Clearly 'Sakkarakatti' the launch vehicle of debutante Santanoo had A.R. Rahman's compositions as the USP of the film. To match with the splendorous mirth of the songs debutante director Kalaprabhu has made it a point to match up with brilliant visualization. The song 'Taxi' sung by Blaze has come out in such an impressive manner that the filmmakers have decided to shoot one more version for the song and reports suggest that both versions will feature in the film. 'Sakkarakatti' will mark the debut of two star kids. Hero Santanoo is the son of veteran actor-director K. Bhagyaraj while Kala Prabhu is the son of producer Kalaipuli S.
