Are you serious? There are plenty of schools around the world for music composition (film music included). A couple of the top ones in the US are USC and Berklee. USC in particular has had the greats like Miklos Rozsa, Elmer Bernstein and Jerry Goldsmith as part of their faculty. It is ridiculous to claim that there are no schools to teach music composition.
