Hi All, Just felt like sharing this with you all. I have two friends at work from Brazil here in Sydney. We all love music and decided to share each others music. Well as you can easily guess, i gave them ARR's music from India. I mostly gave them the English or western type of ARR songs plus a few other songs which are my most favorite. Well to my biggest surprise here is the list of 3 songs which they found very beautiful and haunting:
1. Yeh Rishta. 2. Luka Chhupi (One of them found it so peaceful that she could listen to it for hours while Laying in a bathtub). 3. Vellai Pookal. Out of the music of Brazil which they gave me, here is the the list of songs which I found very amusing: 1. Mantra - Nando Reis (Read as नन्दो हेस, that's how they pronounce it). Nando Reis is a legend in brazil. In this song he joins with 'Krishnas' who keep chanting 'Hare Rama, Hare Krishna' during small intervals in the song. Listen 2-3 times and you'll be addicted to the song. Pay attention to his involvement in the song.
