Just to reckon, those years AR was bradished as composing tech music by the industry superiors of those days. IR was still leading at that time. His supremacy with periodic movies and its intricate melodies to bring back the periodic days was only explored in Lagaan. Again AR used technology here but what he proved was with the new technology the ancient sounds can be given a better life and the melodies could be made more sweeter which attracts the current GenX.
