Secretive Mani Ratnam. Mani Ratnam is keeping a close watch of his actors who are doing a bi-lingual in Hindi and Tamil. The Hindi version has Abhishek Bachchan , Aishwarya Rai and probably Govinda, while the Tamil version will star Vikram, Priyamani and Prithviraj. Recently,* Mani completed the recording of all the songs in the film, tuned by AR Rahman *and written by Gulzar in Hindi and Vairamuthu in Tamil. Meanwhile, the elusive and highly secretive Mani has got a written agreement from his cast and crew stating that they will not speak to anybody regarding the story or the shooting schedule of the film. Each actor, especially those in the supporting roles, have only been briefed about their particular role. Mani has also managed to get bulk dates from his artistes, from middle of September to November end. All that the artistes know is that the shoot is going to take place in a desolate forest area, somewhere in south India!
