Sakkarakatti, which happens to be the debut vehicle of the sons of two biggies in Kollywood, has received accolades from all those who have been lucky to see the film. Shantanu, son of Bagyaraj, is the lead actor and the film is directed by Kala Prabhu, son of producer Kalai Puli S Dhanu.
The most important aspect of Sakkarakatti seems to be its music. A.R. Rahman's music has topped the charts and it is also believed that ARR's music has created quite of lot of hype for Sakkarakatti.
