Today is Lata Mangeshkar's 79'th Birthday. Happy birthday DIDI ! In NDTV India ( Hindi news ) channel at 1PM today ( Sunday 28'th ) they showed best 5 songs chosen by Lata didi and JIYA JALE from Dil Se was rated by her as number 1 !!!!!
The anchor narrated that during recording, Lata didi was not too satisfied with the tune and the recording process ( without Musicians etc ) but after the song was released, she was all praise for ARRahman for what he did for the song and since then she hasn't stopped humming that song. The reporter mentioned that Lata didi is a big fan of ARR....... this is how to great personalities respect each other..... Long Live Lata didi...... Long live ARR.....
