One more remake IndiaGlitz [Tuesday, October 07, 2008] Cinematographer -director Rajeev Menon is back to wield the megaphone. After establishing himself as a successful director with films like, 'Kandukonden Kandukonden' and 'Minsara Kanavu', he chose to go on a hibernation mode only to do a Hindi movie now. The ace cinematographer, who had worked in Mani Rathnam movies before, will do a Hindi movie which might feature Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan in the lead roles. Buzz is that he would be doing the Hindi remake of yesteryear Bollywood hit 'Abhimaan'. 'Abhimaan' featuring Big B and Jayabhadri was about the lives of two popular singers. Since it is a musical film, it looks likely that AR Rahman might be roped in to do the musical score.
