well....vaseegara ofcourse led to hug misconceptions on release dat it is an ARR song....No one in this group wud have said that its NOT Arr's on first lizning...Iam sure...But thereafter, Harris was just Harris...nothing special...
Some other songs which led to such misconceptions are 'MALAR MAASAM' from the 1995 Mohanlal movie Nirnayam(Malayalam). It was not any immitation of ARR STYLE. But it had a MIDAS TOUCH!! The movie was directed by SANGEETH SIVAN who directed YODHA, which had music by ARR. This increased the probability of the song being an ARR composition. The movie had WORLDCLASS BACKGROUND SCORES like in a SPIELBERG movie. So I almost made it sure, that it is an ARR soundtrack until I saw the movie for the second time on TV.
