a friend of mine told me that the lyric for PUTHU VELLAI MALAI from the movie ROJA is rewrite version? at first when gave the melody, Vairamuthu just wrote like that because rahman was new at that moment and he might find nothing new gonna doby rahman... when At the recording moment he was there and after listen to the melody with music he was amazed and ask to stop the recording and rewrite the beatiful lines... and that is what we are listening now.
