Hi Vithur, I'll just add what I noticed recently. I have a lot of music in my iPOD which includes some of the legendary music around the world and India too which of course includes almost entire collection of ARR' Hindi songs and some of his other language songs.
I prefer listening my iPOD by shuffling entire music library. Usually just by listening the very beginning of any song I could tell if that song was from India or abroad. Now this next song started playing. It surely couldn't be from India. It had some extremely beautifully composed and recorded instrumental beginning. It had a great Jazzy kind of start. I was surprised because I had listened all the Jazz songs in my collection and never listened this one. While I was trying badly to guess which song it was, suddenly Adnan Sami started singing. It was 'Boom Boom' from 'Boys'. I just had included this one in my iPOD and had never listened to it properly. I just realized again the extent of quality composition and recording that ARR has given us since day one. Why won't a Hollywood movie director/composer like to use ARR's piece in his/her movie/soundtrack.
