Yo guys are so wrong. So so so so wrong. A silent user here. I heared the songs. And i can give this album easily a 5 / 5!
This is a total fresh breath! Its new wavew / mello / pure classic mixd in to western beats. The tunes are well formed but still a bit "nonchalant"..you never know where the lead singer will take you. A. R. Rahman really has done it this time! I love the music...playing with sargams in a western way like he is almost humming it. A. R. Rahman proves that music doesnt have to be perfect. If they all blend together and the ear can bring it through the mind....then why change? I love Dil Ka Rishta cause of the total new taste of modern music. WHile the beat leads the rythm the background strings take you away to another level. The tunes/ chorus are so perfect in harmony. Then u suddenly hear A. R. Rahman's voice doing a nonchalant sargam...AMAZING! And right after that...a classic mind blowing chasing tune! All with all I love the whole album! One of the best of A. R. Rahman! ps...not to mention the quality of the recoprdings.
