Well... SAMPLES or LOOPS are made for people around the world, and bought and used by muscians around the world.. There is NO owner for a LOOP or SAMPLE.. ARR is one of the few composers in the world, who take the pain to improvise and do ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING to it..
