[arr] Guzaarish 4:03 - 4:23

I don't know if its my bad listening or I am feeling uncomfortable 
after the second para (4:03 - 4:23) . I hear strange loops (like the 
windows boot sound) and weired drum loops which I feel doesn't really 
fit. The drum beats start at 4:03 and continues till 4:23 where as the 
windows boot (not exactly)sound like loop comes at 4:16.
