Poor ARR.  I really feel for him.  H Shridhar was a close friend and
brother, not just a colleague.  Like losing someone close in your
family.  Being in shock is only natural.  I think it will be
therapeutic for ARR to give some space to his grieving and spending
time elsewhere.  It's just not fair what happened, but when is life
ever fair?  Sudden loss is just a horrible experience and I hope and
pray that ARR's emotional wounds heal in time, although the loss he
feels will always be with him.  

May God protect and help heal our ARR.
