I think it differs from person to person. Some people are more
comfortable working during night time, whereas others find it
affecting their health etc. My dad used to work at night, and one
could see drastic change in the health after couple of months. Whereas
my brother is doing night shifts from 6 months or so and hes
comfortable with it. So ya, it varies from person to person, and once
you get adapted to it, dont think it affects..
