I myself always download MP3s from web. When I can get the original CD I'll
surely but it. I have no choice because in Malaysia (where I live), the release
date is different. Especially Hindi songs and Albums (Tamil albums are easily
available). Even now, I'm listening to Slumdog Millionaire which was downloaded
from web. When it releases, I'll BUY it.

I bet many of us do this...

"there is a huge following for him to buy Original CD's/ Cassettes
and hear them in a proper system"
Unfortunately, facts do not bear testimony to that assertion.

We all know that ARR has got Contracts/Deal with Nokia. But using
ARR for selling their mobile phones is a crap idea. I am not sure how AR has
fallen into this trap !!

How many people do you think will buy a new Mobile to hear "Connections" ??
40-50 from this group. Rest ???

Within a day or two after its release, all songs in MP3 format will be flooding
the Internet..and then piracy will start. By the time the Original CD releases,
everyone will have their own pirated copy  This is a crap idea of releasing
songs thru a mobile phone..

Folks near AR - Please tell him not to get bogged down by these contracts and
sponsors, as .
