Are you questioning AR's ethics? I dont think he ripped the music anywhere from Memento. You should be asking the question to its producers and the story writers. Why AR? To avoid downloading and using pirated music, movie or software is individual ethics. You might be using softwares are you 100% sure that theres no pirated software or there is any software installed and used according to the norms in the agreement? Your question to AR can be solicited only if he had anywhere used the music from the predecessor.
