I feel it could be predominantly felt in other MDs' compositions like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai where the title song's tune would be heard in other songs as well. But when it comes it ARR there is always a little element of surprise.. There will always be some change in the tune that we will not realise immediately that it is the same tune as another ARR song. That happened to me a lot of ARR's compositions (For instance, the song from Indian which he had used as a BGM in Roja). May be I love his compositions a lot that I tend to overlook such things or may be I am a poor listener :)

To: [email protected] Date: Friday, 26 December, 2008, 12:42 PM I'm surprised that you only observed this now.. :) This is one way used by MDs in songs of the movie to contain a refrain from another famous song, so that the feeling will be there and also to popularise the song. Obviously, ARR's songs don't need that since they are already popular! :) But it is nice to hear it again :) --- In arrahmanfans@ yahoogroups. com, Bipin Shenoy <shenoy_bipin1@ ...> wrote: > > Nice observation. ..
