I am suprised to see everyone going gaga over Jaane Tu...No doubt its a superb
album..but I would rate Jodhaa Akbar, Yuvvraj, Ghajni , Ada above it...Wish
they could appreciate Rahman's majestic effort in Yuvvraj & Jodhaa Akbar
too..Jodhaa Akbar had reached masses very well, and its really sad that Yuvvraj
didn't, Superb songs like Dil Ka Ristha, Man mohini, tu muskaraa just went off
in the air like the movie :(

Just my thoughts..

btw..all you pappu bashers, see..Its for you to see...Pappu pass hogaya... :)

This is interesting. Thanks for sharing this.

Honestly, I never expcted JTYJN to be such a rage. I thought it would
be a decent, light work by Rahman, but for so many to say that it was
their favorite of 2008 is quite a surprise. Also nice to hear some
say that Yuvvraaj was their favorite. Rahman has really been
impressing many and I'm not too surprised.

I do welcome ARR's recent emphasis on melody. An extremely melodious
year for ARR and I hope he continues his strong melodic ways above all
else in 2009.
