Yesterday as I was leaving a note on the forum, my joy was so unbounded, I wasn't just not able to say anything. I have been smiling since I saw Rahman winning and giving that little sweet talk: he mentioned the billion Indian and that includes you and me!
It is certainly Rahman's calibre and magic of his music that has got him this far. It's his faith and God's blessings over him. But I had been praying each day that he must win. As I drove towards my workplace I only said to God, "Almighty please get him the Golden Globe Award". And I bet it wasn't just me. It is a billion other fans like me who might have prayed for him, or who simply had their thoughts with him. Let's put the same faith so that Rahman emerges a victor again at the Oscars this year!
