Rajat Dholakia is a respected music composer, who won National Award in 1991 for Dharavi. He is acting in Delhi-6 as "Paagal Fakir". One possibility is that this song is picturised on Dholakia's character, and the song involves creative contribution from him, so he has been credited along with ARR.
