Dil Gira Daftan by Ash King - strange song...excellent and very strong vocals...that' s the power of this song. All the songs are different... .! ..Waooooaaahh. ....where did that come from..Wow!!! !! what a transition.. .beautiful. .....and I'm referring now to this song which started Genda Phool... this brings a smile on my face and my wife's asking me - "what are you seeing on your laptop?"... .. its so much more fun to write reviews while listening... man - this base sound is killing me...finally. . its over..phew! what a unique number.... Abhi ek rap start hua hai... (rap number started) - Kaala Bandaar ,,gimme a minute..... ;) .. why that winky? listen to it carefully - this is boys + dil ka rishta + arabic + rap + r2/d2 (star wars) + <speechless> + <more speechless - undescribe-able>...... how on earth this man is able to do this ???? Iss boss ko inspiration kahaan se aata hai :) ... I have decided.. I'm calling up Landmark now and find out how soon can I get my copy....this is album is a gem........ .......as i say that...mohit chouhan starts off... no points for guessing which song... "masakali".. .I think we've declared collectively that this is a chartbuster. . but let me tell you one more point....wait. ...perhaps it'll be within this group - the reason being....its an experimental type of song...doesn' t follow the typical melody...thoda off hai.....anyways. . i like it... that's what matters.... Noor - is not a song its worded by Big B.. so ok... no comments! Hmmm... did Boss reserve the best song Rehna Tu for himself and Benny and Tanvi.. don't think so...the ones listed above are of the same level and category. This one will need time to grow...and will last. And not sure what/why did he use that instrument (sounds like a mandolin tuned in the lowest octave) in the second anthra..perhaps taking a leaf out of floyd or doors who for no reason will play something off in their songs..... ....so here I'm almost made the mistake of saying that the album is instantly likeable and hence will not last long...I take back my words..its not just instantly likeable but will also last long.... I'd say this is a cherry on the Golden Globe award - and a re-assurance to the fans from boss that... I'm not done, I've just begun!!!. ... the playlist repeats and I go back to the first song.. an Aarti.. rasaati re-visited!!
