I guess Rahman had already composed this song at the time of Chennai concert and hence used this magnificent bit as the music for the Chennai concert Times of India Promo.
Any inputs on this one ?? For the last few hrs its Rehna tu all the way for me. This has gotta be one of Rahman's best songs ever...The mesmerizing ending carnatic part just transports you to a long forgotten classical era.
