To "Yauvan", he is using the rural derivative "Jauban" that sounds more 
near to jaupan thus giving chaupan (54) and the nearest word matching 
that was 55. I thought they must be referring to some incident from 
Indian independence struggle during 1854, 1855, that was prior to the 
mutiny of 1857.

While at it, at the line "Hans Hans Range de, Nas nas rang de" prasoon 
again used his rhyming skills because the phrase has no meaning 
conveyed, or did i get it wrong there too.
