ARR received the Filmfare RDB Award in 1994 (the year it was instituted, post 
RDB's demise)
after the Hindi version of Roja was released. He got the award for Rangeela 
only in 1996.

In both years, he received two filmfare awards each but not at the same 
ceremony.
