No.. not her first with Rahman... She wrote a song in Thenaali (Injaarungo, if i am not mistaken). I think she also won the Tamilnadu State Government award for one song in Thenaali. Also, she wrote Kelaamal Kaiyile from ATM.
BTW, she is indeed the lyricist for COM. She mentioned it in a radio interview.
