It's not what you would bet, it's the odds that those who organize the bets are 
willing to offer. Since ARR is regarded as so likely to win, the bookmakers 
will not offer you anything lower than 1/35 odds. You wouldn't place such a bet 
either. 

A simple way to understand it - just look at the fraction, lower the value 
higher the chances of the outcome.

I still don't get it. Bet Less and Win more.. is that's not the way to
go... If i bet $10 on Meryl streep i will get $40..

I read your post again and again (more than 15 times) but i don't
