over now, but here's some
exciting
news for not only ARR fans,
but for all his critiques and
those who have been ignorant
about the Indian music arena.
AR Rahman now ranks No.6 in
the All-Time Best-Selling
Recording
Artists list in the world.
The
only artists who have sold
more
albums than him are The
Beatles,
Michael Jackson, Bing Crosby,
Elvis Presley, and DC/C.
Considering
his age and speed in which he
is progressing, it is not
impossible
for him to become No.1 sooner.
ARR has sold nearly 1/2 billion albums
and
cassettes so far.
And here's another fact to be proud of--
he is the only film Composer in the list
which has 250 evergreen all-time
musicians
from all over the world.
