When it comes to movies Kamal's dedication cannot be matched by any of his contemporaries. Ilayaraaja played a big part is his career and so he having a soft corner for his makes absolute sense and that is what makes him human. He is not one of those guys who left IR as soon as ARR came into picture. Even when the world thought that IR couldn’t give sellable music, Kamal stuck with him and gave us the gems in “Hey Ram”. But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t appreciate what ARR has achieved. Let us not dissect each and every comment everybody makes.
