While doing a comparison across times, we also need to consider the fact
that "public opinion" simply means "no of smses". In most cases, they accept
multiple entries from a single phone.  If a poll had been conducted between
Himesh and ARR couple of years ago, when Himesh was at his height of
popularity , it is quite possible that Himesh would have been voted as being
more popular. :)
While there is no doubt that ARR is one of the best and is a living legend,
it is easy to lose focus if we start comparing against other greats like IR,
RDB , MSV , SDB, SJ.   Let's enjoy his music and leave the rest.
