places in Chennai. It is home to many famous temples, religious and
spiritual organisations. So many things keep happening there. There are lot
of religious and music festivals throughout the year. Mylapore has its own
culture and to some extent it is elitist. Some of the Connoisseurs of
Carnatic music live there. The atmosphere is traditional still with lots of
small shops dotting the streets, people wearing traditional south indian
attires. Mylapore is one place in Chennai where there are some trees!

Must see place if you visit Chennai :)
