Opening songs became a sensation in Rajini's films post 'Annamalai' and it has become a trend to have a memorable opening song in almost every commercial film. Shankar has planned to make the opening song of his big budgeted movie at an unbelievable cost of 3 crores rupees. Usually Rajini's opening song will not feature the heroine. The songs in Annamalai, Basha, Muthu, and Arunachalam had Rajini being the single focus. Even in Shivaji, it was Nayantara, who danced with Rajini and not Shriya Saran, who was actually the heroine. In Endhiran, however, the high profile heroine Aishvarya Rai is going to add grace with her presence in the opening song along with the superstar. The song, slated to be shot in a mammoth set designed and created by Sabu Cyril in Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad, will have as many 1000 dance artistes dancing along with the lead pair. According to sources, the song will be shot for full three days. A.R.
