Goa assembly congratulates A R Rahman *Panaji, Mar 23 : The Goa Legislative Assembly today congratulated ace musician A R Rahman, the first Indian who won two Oscars for his scintillating music and lyrics in the film 'Slumdog Millionaire'.*
The House also congratulated Resul Pookutty for bagging the Oscar for the best sound mixing in the same film, besides hailing the entire cast of the film that brought eight Oscars. This apart, the House also congratulated Ms Pinki Sonkar, the child artiste and others for their performance in ''Smile Pinki'' which also won an Oscar in the short documentary category.
