This is one other aspect (apart from his music) of ARRji what many of his fans go mad about. He is so nice, so down to earth. I really thank GOD for having presenting a great & humble person in our country like ARRji. I feel like crying when someone is sharing their experiences after meeting ARRji. Some are dumstruck, some are lost (like Lavanya's father who forgot even to take a snap of ARRji out of sheer happiness). I don't know when I'll share such moment with you guys. My 3 year old nephew asks me when am I meeting ARRji and I have no answer and when I told him that I failed to make it to meet ARRji in Calicut Concert he is like AYOOOO (Meaning ALAS) and he felt bad. After the press conference was over...everyone swarmed around ARR to get autographs of him...I managed to sneak in and asked the stupidest question ever! "Sir, did you really sign the CDs for the Worldspace A R Rahman contest winners?" He said,"of course!" and smiled at me. My dad was staring at me with happines and forgot to take the video of this small chat.
