Sivaji was definitely a let-down (at least for me) but ATM is one of my most favorite Tamil albums (though I don't understand Tamil). my most favorite is Ellapugazhum, what a groovy and energetic song. a perfect for ARR to sing. first time I heard it I was so excited and was like dancing. close 2nd is Kelamal, so sweet and rocking song. though the beats remind me those songs from 80 era (especially Modern Talking's songs). there is not much going on in the song, much of an electronic song but still ARR made it a winner all the way. the female singer's voice is so fresh and soothing, like Shreya Ghoshal's. I must say her voice is a big highlight of the song. another good thing is the picturization. kudos to the choreographer especially for designing simple but very suitable dance steps. watching the video made me realize how easy it is to dance on this song. you don't need to be a dancer for that! my third favorite is Ponmagal Vandaal. it has a very catchy tune, something different from the maestro. then come the Nee Marilyn Monroe, then Valayapatti, and at the end Maduraikku Pogathedee.
