I completely agree that Jeans is one of the most memorable albums of ARR with
spectacular picturisations by the ace director Shankar. Aishwarya Rai and
Prashanth got their toast of success from this movie, though Prashanth was
quite a films old and Ash was not commercially successful back then!

Easily one of the best melodies churned out by the meastro!
Adding to the picturisation of the 7 Wonders of the World.
Hai Rabba --> UnniKrishnan , Pallavi
Breath taking picturisation again and great peppy number composed by
ARR. One of the most successful songs of that era.
Kannodu --> Nithyashree Mahadevan
Marked the entry of a classical brilliant Nithyasree to the
commercial cinema. ARR has fantabulously blended Classical with the touch of
humour and peppyness. Great techno savvy song too...
Columbus --> A R Rahman
Rahman sounds so very much like a typical youngster hungry for a
break from work..!! Nice instruments arranged...!!
Vaarayo Thozhi --> Sonu Nigam, Sangeeta , Harini, Shahul Hameed
Marked the entry of bollywood's hearthrob Sonu to Tamil cinema.
Harini, Shahul and Sangeeta provide able support in this happy -go- jolly
song...!! A great arrangement of instruments including the strings like Sitar
and Veena.
Anbae Anbae --> Hariharan , Anuradha Sriram(Humming)
Great song sung mindblowingly by the velvette Hari ji.!
A special mention to be made about the small BGM songs { Ni Sa Ri Sa.... and a
Patho song by Hariji)..!! A complete mass entertaining album by ARR..!!!

Its one of the TOPCLASS MASTERPIECES of ARR, and SHANKAR did 101% justice to it
by picturising the songs EXCEPTIONALLY WELL!!! It felt like SHANKAR shot the
songs first, and ARR scored for it!! So PERFECT!!!!
Hai Rabba and Athisayam/Ajooba were TOP CLASS EXPERIMENTS from ARR!!! The BEST
jovial duet sequences ever in INDIAN FILM HISTORY!! Each song requires atleast
one day, to be given complete description.
Guys, pls do not forget this masterpiece! !
