The vocal rendition of the continuum piece in Rehna Tu was out of the world. It was nice to see Rahman smiling while taking a harkat during the Arziyan song.
It was great to see him interacting with the crowd. I still remember how shy he was when he accepted his first filmfare award.He was pretty smooth on Sunday. Sivamani's surprise entry was a very very big surprise :) I wasn't expecting too many Tamil songs but was pleasantly surprised. Rahmania team on the drums were great. It feels good to know that some of us have the oppurtunity to play with the man himself. My daughter was ecstatic that Genda Phool was played. That's her current most fav track. The playcount of that track on my player is surpassed all others by miles :) Last but not the least, interacting with all the fans from all over India was a big high. Had fun meeting Gopal, Vijay, Vithur, Nazeef, Gomzy, Pavan, Radha, Sirish, Madhavan, Bhagavathy Mohan , Amith Chandran, Swapnil, Anand Swamy, Pranav Anam.
