I am sure the unwanted 'noise' from Narumugaye is in fact wanted! This song is supposed to be from the 60's and during that period all the songs came with this particular noise due to the equipment available at that time. A.R.Rahman managed to re-create the magic of the 60's: if you don't know Narumugaye is a song from Iruvar (1997) you would think that it's from a black and white movie! It's vintage Rahman!
