Nice topic. A recent one that I simply adore is Man Mohana (Jodha Akbar). Such soothing string sections, and also some heavier parts.. I especially like the way the strings play the melody of the song along with Bela Shende, it reminds me very much of songs from yesteryear, where I felt that was pretty common to have an instrument play the melody along with the voice..
