It is Non-ARR. (Though he could have been one of ARR's singers.) Today's local newpaper reported that Himesh Reshammiya has got a vocal surgery done and now his voice is quite changed to remove that "nasal" effect.
I never knew that such a thing is possible. Are there other examples where singers got their voice changed and how did it work out? -- Rawat
