AR composes music according to the script. I mean the director doesn't just tell him to compose 'another one of those romantic tracks'. He'd obviously brief him about the scene and what's required. It's more like BGM in a way. Ramu had blogged about how he briefed AR for the 'Hai rama' song and what AR came up with eventually.
It IS unfair to judge a film soundtrack before the film releases. But again, in India, we review 'just' the music without caring much about why it sounds the way it does. Infact, If I were the producer, I'd prolly release the music AFTER THE MOVIE. --- In [email protected], "ichord" <purev...@...> wrote: > > Well, ultimately you're going to like or you're not going to like it.
