That uses what is normally refered as amen break (check in youtube) and Blue theme is way too different. Unless we want to look at it from a ' yeah he has copied' stand point. Otherwise, nope. Not guilty untill proven. Also, when a beat style is similar does not mean its copied. Check for the melody. If that matches then we have a problem.
