ha ha ha. that's is it. ba - looo says it well. You can also hear 
balllooo, billooo, ullooo, and many other versions.

It reminded me of an old ad of UPTRON, a UP Govt company that was making 
  TV at that time, in 70s or 80s, I guess. In it, an old lady, probably 
illiterate from village, was trying to utter the name UPTRON, but the 
best she could come up as UP-TA RAAN. She was just unable speak T half 
followed by R, as such words are not at all there in UP HIndi.

Seems BLUE is also such a combination that is not in Hindi language so 
so many learned singers found it impossible to speak it out clearly.

So, you also hear "Baarish ke taare". could have been Baarish ke Dhaarey 
(streams).

followed by "Kabhi rang ba-loooo hai", whoever had seen rain water 
having blue color.
